The Buller Group Adds VP of Strategic Client Solutions

November 2, 2011 – The Buller Group, a human capital services and recruiting firm, has added David Peirce as vice president of strategic client solutions. Mr. Peirce is a business leader and program management professional with over 20 years of experience in the information technology sector.
