March 10, 2026 – The Bridger Group, a 58-year-old executive search firm working exclusively in the building products and commercial interior products industries, has expanded with the addition of Cheyanna Sayers as talent acquisition lead. “The Bridger Group is excited to announce our new talent acquisition lead, Cheyanna Sayers,” the firm said in a post. “She’ll be recruiting talented industry professionals in the Grand Rapids area to join our exceptional team. She immediately hitting the ground running in her new role. Her work is driven by her incredible people skills as much as it is her strategic mindset.”

Ms. Sayers joins The Bridger Group following a four-and-a-half-year tenure in sales recruiting for the insurance industry. The firm noted that she brings a strong blend of strategic talent acquisition expertise and a proven ability to identify high-performing sales talent that drives measurable results. Most recently, Ms. Sayers was a senior corporate sales recruiter with Goosehead Insurance Agency.
