The Bedford Consulting Group Transearch Recruits CEO for Alimentiv
January 17, 2024 – Darren Raycroft and Howard Pezim of The Bedford Consulting Group Transearch have assisted in the recruitment of Pierre Gaudreault as the new CEO of Alimentiv Inc. in Ontario, Canada. This announcement follows a comprehensive international CEO search conducted by the board of directors. “We are thrilled to welcome Pierre as our new CEO. Mr. Gaudreault brings a wealth of experience, with over 25 years of executive expertise managing businesses in Canada, Europe, and Asia. His background includes international leadership roles in diverse commercial organizations, spearheading go-to-market model transformations, and driving transformation and growth. Mr. Gaudreault is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion, building relationships, and promoting leadership development. Before joining Alimentiv, his most recent position was president of Asia region and China at Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Group. Mr. Gaudreault spent majority of his career at Pfizer, where he held international roles such as chief marketing officer, China, and president, Japan.

Prior to joining The Bedford Consulting Group Transearch in 2008, Mr. Raycroft spent time with an international executive search firm and started his career with a boutique healthcare consulting firm.
Mr. Pezim is co-founder and managing director of Bedford. For over 30 years, his areas of specialization have included retail, consumer products, financial services and life sciences. Previously, Mr. Pezim managed a recruiting firm in the Toronto area. His current customer base includes a composite of multinational and privately held organizations and he has completed a broad range of C-level assignments for those clients.
