TechnoMedia Acquires Hodes IQ and Partners with Bernard Hodes Group

September 15, 2011 – Technomedia, a provider of integrated talent and learning management solutions, has signed an agreement with Bernard Hodes Group, part of Omnicom Group Inc., to acquire the Hodes iQ talent acquisition solutions operating unit. Under the terms of the agreement, Technomedia and Bernard Hodes Group will partner to provide a complete array of talent management products and services to global organizations worldwide.
