Tech Industry Recruiter John Boehmer Launches Accelent

May 17, 2010 – Executive search veteran John Boehmer has launched Accelent, Inc., an executive talent acquisition and integration firm which serves technology clients in the Internet, e-commerce and digital media space as well as the enterprise and SaaS software sectors. “I’ve always believed executive search services can offer more to accelerate business performance and that belief is what inspired Accelent and our unique AIM methodology,” said Mr. Boehmer. “Our methodology increases the probability that our placed executives will integrate into their new roles in such a way as to add significant value to the business day one. He has been a principal with Russell Reynolds Associates, partner at Korn/Ferry International and has had extensive experience launching and growing three boutique search and professional services firms. He also helped build and lead a global executive search capability inside Internet Capital Group, a publicly traded Internet holding company. Accelent has announced its Advisory Board which includes technology industry veterans: Michael Dunn, chief technology officer of Hearst Interactive Media; Jon Williams, chief technology officer at Flat World Knowledge; Mark Gilbertson, principal with Strategy Dynamics; Les Martel, managing director of Martel Consulting Associates; and talent acquisition consultant Nancie Whitehouse, who served as principal at Whitehouse Advisors, LLC.
