Taylor Winfield Recruits Chief HR Officer for Advantage Sales & Marketing

April 8, 2013 – Executive search firm Taylor Winfield has placed Katherine Bianchi as chief human resources officer for Advantage Sales & Marketing. A global executive with 20 years of management and HR experience, Ms. Bianchi joins the company from Marriott International where she spent 16 years in various leadership roles, most recently serving as VP of human resources operations for the Western Region.
