Tatum Expands New York Practice

January 19, 2011 – Executive services firm Tatum LLC has added John McGovern to its New York practice as managing partner. In this role he will be assisting Tatum's clients with addressing strategic and operational challenges such as IPO readiness, liquidity, raising capital, planning and transaction support. “Jack's extensive background in senior leadership roles enables him to understand and address the needs of companies in transition,” said Rick Kramer, senior vice president of Tatum. “Tatum's success has been driven by experienced local leaders like Jack who assist our clients by providing customized solutions that leverage Tatum's expertise in finance and technology.” During his 33-year career, Mr. McGovern joins Tatum from Bridgehead Partners, a firm he founded, which provided transaction advisory, valuations, transition management and corporate consulting with a particular emphasis on private equity firms.
