Before joining Talentfoot, Mr. Peacock served on the HR search team at Lucas Group, later acquired by Korn Ferry, where he advanced to executive senior partner. Throughout his search career, he has achieved a 90 percent+ placement rate and completed more than 25 director-level and above placements.
