Talent Technology Corp. Acquires HR Integrations

June 6, 2012 – Talent Technology Corporation, a provider of component recruiting technologies for the recruiting/staffing industry and corporate HR departments, has acquired HR Integrations, LLC, providers of the HRNX (HR iNtegration eXchange) integration network. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
