December 6, 2011 – Superior Group (Superior), an international workforce and business solutions provider, has formed a Center of Excellence for Executive Recruitment as an extension of their Client Recruiting Services. The team of specialized recruiters will provide enhanced recruiting support focusing on C-level and other senior management-grade direct placement positions. “Recruitment of high-level executives is a significant challenge in the staffing world,” said Scott Stenclik, president of Superior Technical Resources. “Preferred candidates are often passive job seekers with niche skill sets. Specialized sourcing strategies, recruiting techniques and networking efforts are all needed to attract this talent.” Led by Christopher Delaney, Superior's director of client recruiting services, seasoned team members in four regions of the U.S. will work together to engage candidates through traditional networking, as well as social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Executive recruitment services will be available to both existing and new clients. The addition of this program will round out Superior's varied workforce solution offerings in direct hire and contract staffing, ranging from administrative to specialized engineering, finance, professional, and IT contingent workers.
