SumTotal Systems Names New Executive Team

April 22, 2010 – SumTotal Systems, Inc., a global provider of talent development solutions, has appointed John Borgerding as president and a member of its board of directors. Mr. Borgerding previously served as executive vice president for global operations at Ventyx. SumTotal has also hired Gregg Monastiero as senior vice president of sales and marketing and Nadeem Syed as SVP of product management and development. Mr. Monastiero joins SumTotal from JDA Software where he was VP of sales for manufacturing, wholesale and distribution. Mr. Syed comes to SumTotal from Oracle where he spent over 19 years in numerous positions. “SumTotal has best in class products and services and exceptionally talented employees.
