SuccessFactors Promotes Chief Learning Officer

October 17, 2011 – SuccessFactors, Inc., a provider of on-demand employee performance and talent management solutions, has promoted Dr. Karie Willyerd to chief learning officer from her previous role as vice president of learning and social adoption. Dr. Willyerd first joined SuccessFactors in March 2011 through the company's acquisition of Jambok; she will oversee the company's Learning Services group, which provides formal and informal learning solutions for customers, partners and employees. “SuccessFactors has always been about talent.
