Storbeck/Pimental Leads Academic Chancellor Search for CSU

October 1, 2014 – Storbeck/Pimentel & Associates has been retained by the California State University System (CSU) to lead in its search for a new executive vice chancellor for academic and student affairs. Sharon Tanabe, partner, and Emy Peña, principal, at Storbeck/Pimentel are handling the assignment. The 23 CSU campuses span California and collectively enroll approximately 447,000 students, making it the largest four-year comprehensive public higher education system in the world. Storbeck/Pimentel is a minority and female owned search firm specializing in executive recruitment services to colleges, universities, independent schools and not-for-profit organizations. The firm has more than 25 consultants and support staff located in two main offices in Los Angeles and Philadelphia with three affiliated offices in Vermont, Virginia and Florida.
