October 6, 2025 – Fort Lee, NJ-based Stevenson Search Partners, a global life science executive search firm and a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 ranked search firm, recently announced  a strategic leadership transition designed to accelerate growth and strengthen its position as a comprehensive talent solutions partner for the life sciences industry. Kris Steen was promoted to president of executive search, while Adam Bloom transitioned to executive vice president, where he will focus on expanding strategic client partnerships and advancing integrated talent solutions across both executive search and on-demand talent solutions.

“This strategic leadership transition positions us perfectly for our next chapter of growth,” said Larry Dolinko, CEO of Stevenson Search Partners. “Kris’s vision, industry expertise, and commitment to our clients make her the ideal leader for our executive search business, while Adam’s experience and strategic focus will drive our enterprise expansion initiatives.
