Sterling InfoSystems and Empower Software Form Alliance

February 17, 2010 – Sterling InfoSystems, Inc., a provider of employment and background screening services, and Empower Software Solutions, Inc., a national provider of human resources, payroll and workforce management solutions to medium and large-sized corporations, have formed a strategic partnership agreement.
