StepStone Implemented by PSA Peugeot CitroenGroup

March 7, 2011 – StepStone, a London-based provider of human capital management solutions, has deployed its modular solution within the PSA Peugeot Citroengroup, a business with nearly 200,000 employees worldwide. This implementation is part of Group PSA Peugeot Citroen's ‘Global HR’ project which aims to consolidate the process of HR development and the manufacturer's new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). “The approach proposed by StepStone Solutions was the most suitable for implementing our approach to talent management by skill sectors,” said Lionel Brayard, head of the 'Global HR' Project at Group PSA Peugeot Citroen. “Creating a solution for a large international business is a real challenge, particularly as we need to take into account the needs and expectations of three types of users: employees, managers and HR managers.”
