Spencer Stuart to Lead CEO Search for Hill-Rom Holdings

September 25, 2009 – Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been retained by Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. to lead in its search for a new chief executive officer. Current president and CEO, Peter H. Soderberg, has announced his retirement. The search process, which is already underway, will include a full review of both internal and external candidates. Hill-Rom is a worldwide manufacturer and provider of medical technologies and related services for the health care industry.
