Spencer Stuart Selected to Lead CEO Search for Digi International

April 25, 2014 – Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been retained by Digi International to lead in its search for a new president and chief executive officer. Joseph T. Dunsmore, current president, CEO and chairman of the board, has informed the company that he will retire from his positions effective December 31, 2014 or upon the earlier appointment of his successor.
