Spencer Stuart Places CEO at NPR

October 6, 2011 – Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has recruited Gary E. Knell as the new president and chief executive officer of NPR. Mr. Knell comes to NPR from Sesame Workshop where he served as the CEO and president. Spencer Stuart is an executive search firm with 51 offices in 27 countries.
