Spencer Stuart Leads CEO Search for Forest Laboratories

June 19, 2013 – Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has been selected by Forest Laboratories to lead in its search for a new chief executive. Howard Solomon will retire as CEO and president, effective December 31, 2013. Forest has well-established franchises in multiple therapeutic areas and the company is exploring new product opportunities that address a range of health conditions.
