Spencer Stuart Finds CEO for the National Investor Relations Institute

January 8, 2015 – Spencer Stuart has placed James Cudahy as president and chief executive officer of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Mr. Cudahy, who is currently the head of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA), takes over in March. Founded in 1969, NIRI is the professional association of corporate officers and investor relations consultants responsible for communication among corporate management, shareholders, securities analysts and other financial community constituents.
