Sopra Group Acquires HR Access

April 5, 2013 – Sopra Group has acquired HR Access strengthening its position in the development of software solutions for the human resources management industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition is in line with the Group’s 2015 strategy, which aims to solidify its position in the human resources management segment as well as serve its ambitious target of generating 30 percent of revenue in software. HR Access offers comprehensive end-to-end integrated Global Services HR solutions that are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of companies across all industry sectors.
