Simply Hired Appoints GM for Canada

June 13, 2013 – Simply Hired, a search engine for jobs and recruitment advertising network, has named Graham Donald as general manager of Simply Hired Canada, Inc. Mr. Donald has more than 20 years of experience driving recruiting innovation for the Canadian market. As GM, he will drive the expansion of Simply Hired's performance-based advertising platform to help Canadian employers reach the most relevant candidates quickly and cost-effectively. He will also immediately build out Simply Hired Canada's team and operations, including sales, marketing, client services and business development. Prior to Simply Hired Canada, Mr. Donald spent two years as an executive at Workopolis and then founded Brainstorm Strategy Group, a consultancy providing research, program development and consulting services, and operating several conference series focused on recruitment of students and recent graduates. “Graham has a deep understanding of the Canadian recruitment industry and has worked with all the leading university career centers, major employers and agencies during his career,” said James Beriker, president and CEO of Simply Hired. “He launched and built Canada's first and largest job board for students and recent graduates and, through his research, consulting and conferences, is a recognized thought leader on recruitment in Canada.”
