Sheffield Haworth Appoints Executive Director in Corporate Officers Practice
May 18, 2021 – Global leadership advisory and executive search firm Sheffield Haworth has named Paul DeCoster as executive director in its corporate officers practice. Based in New York, he will be working closely alongside Sonjay Vishnupad to develop and nurture new and existing relationships with clients across the financial services space. “We are delighted Paul has joined us at Sheffield Haworth,” said Mr. Vishnupad, managing director and regional head of the firm’s corporate officers practice. “I am excited to grow the corporate officers practice area offering our clients an additional breadth of expertise to help them find leading talent for their businesses across legal, risk, compliance, cybersecurity and finance functions.”

Mr. DeCoster was formerly at Marlin Hawk, where he was the North American practice lead for legal, risk, compliance and security. He focused on serving clients in the financial services sector, specializing in roles across cybersecurity, legal, risk and compliance functions. Prior to that, Mr. DeCoster was a consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates where he was a core member of the global banking and markets, and legal officers practice groups. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and a law degree from Fordham University Law School.

Newly Created Role
In another move, Sheffield Haworth recently added Georgina Harley, formerly a partner at Mercer Consulting, as a group managing director and head of new sectors and services. In the newly created role, Ms. Harley joined the executive management committee and is responsible for key growth areas including consulting and technology services, talent development and advisory, and interim and consultancy services.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and statistics from Australia National University and an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
