Sheffield Haworth Adds Consultants

November 5, 2009 – London-based executive search firm Sheffield Haworth has added Damian Goodburn as global head of commodities and Linda Klemme as head of emerging markets. Mr. Goodburn joins the firm from The Options Group, where he was a partner. In his new role, he will cover the full spectrum of commodities, with particular focus on energy and power, softs and agricultural, precious and base metals. Mr. Goodburn executes senior search mandates across trading, structuring, sales and marketing and private equity. Ms. Klemme was previously with Stephen Raby Associates and prior to that worked at CT Partners and Global Sage. “Damian is a well established name in the commodities search market and has over nine years’ experience in developing senior management relationships with investment banks, corporates, trade houses and hedge funds,” said Tim Sheffield, founder and CEO. “Linda has over two decades of financial services experience and has buy-side and sell-side clients in Europe and the U.S. Linda joins the global markets team with responsibility for developing our emerging markets space.
