Seven Step Adds Former CVS Exec to Staff

September 16, 2013 – Seven Step Recruiting, a Boston-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, has added Krista Williams as a strategic director. In this role, Ms. Williams will oversee client delivery teams to ensure that service objectives are met and will also work with clients to foster innovation in their efforts to attract and attain the best possible talent. She most recently worked as the senior business relationship manager of talent acquisition at CVS Caremark. Prior to that, Ms. Williams was the corporate HR manager and corporate recruiter for apparel retailer J.
