Founded in 1994, Reffett Associates is a privately held executive search and HR solutions provider with six offices throughout the U.S. Our consultants utilize their professional backgrounds and expertise to provide our clients with customized services and solutions across the talent management spectrum. As one of the premium boutique firms in the executive search industry, we work with our clients to help them build a stronger organization by incorporating the most effective leaders of today into the firms of tomorrow.

The firm’s Managing Directors are comprised of senior industry executives whose expertise focuses primarily on the retail and consumer products; private equity; technology; and government and federal services areas. Additionally, our diversity practice is one of the premier in the industry.
