Reffett Associates Names Leader of Search Practice in the Southeast
February 4, 2026 – Seattle, WA-based Reffett Associates has named Nancy Hoffmann to lead its search practice in the Southeast. She will be based in Greensboro, NC. “Nancy’s combination of firsthand retail and government experience and her successful history in executive search combined with her heart-of-a-servant will make Nancy an incredibly valued and trusted partner for search clients across all industries and practices,” said Bill Reffett, managing partner. “We could not be happier to have Nancy return to Reffett Associates.”
Ms. Hoffmann is an established executive search professional and a retiring public servant. She recently retired after her fifth term as a council woman for the city of Greensboro, NC. Ms. Hoffmann was elected to the Greensboro City Council in 2011 and was re-elected in 2013 and 2015. She was re-elected to four-year terms in 2017 and 2022. She served on numerous committees, commissions and task force. And continues to serve out an appointment by the governor of North Carolina to the Local Government Commission.
Ms. Hoffmann was a managing director with Reffett Associates from 1998-2014 following a senior corporate executive management career in textiles, apparel, and home furnishings. In this role she provided services to retail and government clients across the south. In her return to Reffett Associates Nancy will continue to work with public and private sector clients.
