Greenwood Asher & Associates (GA&A) is a full-service, retained, executive search firm founded in 2004 by Dr. Jan Greenwood and Dr. Betty Asher, who both served as tenured professors and university presidents. Off-Limits Policy

We do not recruit our placements, and we do not recruit direct reports to our placements for one year post-placement. After one year, we reach out to the placement before any active recruitment efforts of direct reports.

Average Time to Completion on Assignment

The time taken to complete a search is a collaborative decision we make with our clients. However, typically, searches are completed in 3-5 months.
