Our services include: Permanent Search, Interim Search, Executive Compensation, Executive Coaching, and the AGB Institute for Leadership & Governance in Higher Education. Founded by the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB), the firm has a unique understanding of the qualifications critical for effective higher education leadership. AGB Search has conducted more than 1,435 searches at institutions ranging from small, private colleges to large public institutions, research universities, and institutionally related foundations. At AGB Search, we are dedicated to client success. We collaborate with clients to discover each institution’s distinctive needs, identify exceptional and diverse candidates, and help them find the right leader for their organization.
