Ms. Sierra is an executive search consultant and human resources professional, having spent 18 years working in the biotechnology (pharmaceutical and diagnostic) industry within both private and public companies. In her new role, she will focus on developing a pipeline of executives capable of generating profitable growth for clients in the life sciences sector. Ms. Brooks has a track record of successful placements for diagnostic, medical device and pharmaceutical companies.
