October 18, 2024 – Saenger Associates has expanded with the additions of Jason Fields as president and chief operating officer and Scott McKinney as executive vice president of talent and client solutions. They will both be based in Atlanta. The firm explains that additions allows Saenger Associates to broaden its scope, extending beyond product manufacturing, technology, and non-profit sectors to encompass Fortune 1000 companies and industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, and energy.

With over 24 years in executive search and talent acquisition, Mr. Field is a seasoned retained search executive with experience across various industries and multiple skill sets. Specializing in C-suite and senior-level placements, he has a track record of identifying and securing senior talent. Mr. Field has held leadership positions within the search industry as founder and chief executive officer, to director of executive talent acquisition in the Fortune 500. He has worked with marquee organizations ranging from privately held, ventured back, not for profit, to the Fortune 100. During this career, Mr. Field helped organizations build leadership teams in finance and accounting, human resources, technology, corporate operations, sales, marketing, engineering and transformation. He most recently served as CEO of Generational Executive Search.
Mr. McKinney has more than 20 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Saenger, he spent over eight years in Corporate America with Kemper Insurance, am insurance company providing auto and life and Altisource Solutions, a global leader in providing services and technology for the financial and real estate industries. In addition, Mr. McKinney leads the Career Advisement and Resume Review programs, helping job seekers define their career paths, refine their resumes and enhance their job search strategies.
