Saba Grows Senior Staff

October 25, 2010 – Saba, a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, has added Joan Cronin as senior vice president and chief people officer and Laurent Pacalin as SVP and general manager of people learning unit. Ms. Cronin will further Saba's efforts of using organizational empowerment to attract, develop and progress world-class people and leadership for the company. Most recently, she served as vice president and chief talent officer at Life Technologies, and, pre-merger, VP of HR at Applied Biosystems. Mr. Pacalin is responsible for driving the strategy and global execution of Saba's learning offerings. Previously, he served as SVP and chief marketing officer at FICO, and earlier in his career was VP Americas marketing for Oracle.
