Russell Reynolds Expands in Bay Area

November 9, 2010 – Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has announced the expansion in the Bay Area with the addition of managing directors, Courtney della Cava and Pravesh Mehra, and associate, Tiffani Siegel. Ms. della Cava joins the firm's San Francisco office, with a primary focus on helping clients in the consumer, professional services and corporate officers sectors build effective and globally competitive organizations. Mr. Mehra and Ms. Siegel both join the Menlo Park office. Mr. Mehra works with multi-national organizations in the advisory, consulting, technology services and global outsourcing industries. Ms. Siegel will focus on senior technology roles across a broad range of disciplines, in particular development and product-based general managers. She also brings specific expertise in legal, government and regulatory affairs, in support of the firm's West Coast practice. Most recently, Ms. della Cava served as a director for Bain & Company, where she worked with the firm's CEO, board of directors and global operating committee to develop and execute the firm's global strategy. Mr. Mehra recently served as managing partner of Heidrick & Struggles' Menlo Park office, where he focused on senior-level assignments within technology, business and professional services.
