Russell Reynolds Associates Strengthens Chicago Office

August 21, 2013 – Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has added Anne Belec and Clare Metcalf to its Chicago office. Ms. Belec serves as a member of the firm's industrial/natural resources sector and Ms. Metcalf joins its corporate officers sector. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Ms.Belec was CEO of Mosaic Group, a business and brand strategy consulting firm. Prior to that, she was chief marketing officer for Navistar, a manufacturer of commercial and military vehicles, parts and accessories. Ms. Metcalf will focus her search assignments on financial officers across all industries in the U.S. She previously spent the past 13 years with Korn/Ferry International. There, her experience was primarily focused on conducting financial officer searches, and secondarily chief strategy officer searches in the consumer sector.
