Russell Reynolds Associates Offers New Assessment Product

November 2, 2009 – Recruiting firm Russell Reynolds Associates has released Culture Analyst, a proprietary offering designed by psychologists and assessment specialists, that measures corporate culture by more than two dozen variables, providing companies with objective, quantitative information to make informed leadership decisions. Culture Analyst is a produces a quantitative, multi-dimensional measurement of an organization's culture — the preferences and inclinations of individual executives can also be measured and compared with an organizational assessment to evaluate alignment. The offering is yet another example of search firms rushing into new business lines, specifically leadership assessment, to offset the declines in their primary executive recruiting service offerings. Russell Reynolds plans to combine data from its Culture Analyst product with references, interviews and an understanding of its client needs and cultures to build a more complete reading on cultural interactions within a corporate structure.
