Russell Reynolds Associates Names Washington, D.C. Head
June 29, 2015 – Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Kimberly Archer as head of its Washington, D.C. office. She replaces Denise Grant, who recently left the firm. Ms. Archer recruits C-suite executives and advises boards around leadership assessment and succession for a wide variety of organizations including foundations, think tanks, non-governmental organizations, social and human service agencies, and advocacy organizations. She has functional expertise in external relations inclusive of communications, marketing and resource mobilization.
With a decade of international search experience, Ms. Archer joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2005. Prior to executive search, she worked as vice president of strategic partnerships & development, cultivating and negotiating corporate alliances in support of programs at American Legacy Foundation, a public health foundations focused on tobacco prevention and cessation. Before that, she worked in marketing and communications for Avon Products, Inc. with responsibility for the company’s flagship and first retail venture in New York City.
