Russell Reynolds Associates Expands Financial Services Team

April 24, 2011 – Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has added Lisa Baird as managing director and Kathy Krone as executive director to the firm’s financial services team. Ms. Baird will be based in Stamford, Conn, and Ms. Krone will be based in New York. Both will focus primarily on senior executive search and assessment for asset and wealth management firms. Ms. Baird joins the firm with six years of executive search experience, specifically focused on engagements across a spectrum of financial services clients, including asset management firms, hedge funds, private equity firms and commercial and investment banks. She previously served as a senior director at Spencer Stuart. Ms. Krone joins the firm with more than 15 years of strategy consulting and executive search experience within the financial services sector. She most recently served as head of the asset and wealth management practice in the U.S. for Egon Zehnder International, where she was also a senior member of the leadership strategy practice.
