Russell Reynolds Associates Adds Three Consultants to NY Office

April 4, 2013 – Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has added three consultants to its New York office: Traci Filler in consumer and commercial financial services, Jessica Weber in digital transformation and Nordia Edwards in the firm's corporate officers sector. Ms. Filler will focus her efforts on retail, consumer and commercial banking. She spent the last several years at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury Services division. Ms. Weber brings a diverse background from startup ventures to large corporations, spanning media, advertising and retail industries. At Russell Reynolds Associates, she will advise Fortune 500, venture capital and private equity-backed companies across the digital landscape, with a focus on recruiting high-impact leaders with expertise in the areas of e-commerce, social media, Big Data and emerging platforms. Most recently, Ms. Weber served as director of digital strategy at Time Inc. Ms. Edwards will focus on recruiting general counsel and other high-level legal and compliance officers, as well as senior human resource professionals. She most recently was with Davis & Gilbert LLP, where she served as a labor and employment attorney.
