RSR Partners Appoints Managing Director

August 10, 2009 – RSR Partners, a corporate governance and executive search firm based in Greenwich, Conn., has named Louis C. Burnett as a managing director. Mr. Burnett will help lead the firm's financial services recruiting practice. "Over the years, certain professionals have emerged as leaders in our business. Lou is certainly in that category and we are delighted that he has joined our firm," said Russell S. Reynolds Jr., managing director. For 14 years, Mr. Burnett was co-founder and managing partner of Secura Burnett Company (SBC), a financial services recruiting specialist. SBC also supported the regulatory and risk management activities of The Secura Group, based in Washington, D.C. Partners included Arnold & Porter (Washington, D.C.) and Arthur Anderson. Mr. Burnett also spent several years with Spencer Stuart in several roles within its financial services practice.
