RSR Partners Appoints Managing Director

April 6, 2011 – RSR Partners, a corporate governance and executive search firm based in Greenwich, Conn., has added Brad McLane as managing director and co-head of the firm's marketing, consumer and hospitality practices. He will also lead the firm's Chicago office. "Over the years, certain professionals have emerged as leaders in our business. Brad is certainly in that category and we are delighted that he has joined our firm," said Russell S. Reynolds Jr., chairman of RSR Partners. Mr. McLane has more than a decade of executive search experience and has conducted nearly 400 searches during his executive search career. He specializes in conducting C-suite assignments for consumer product clients and senior marketing roles across all industries. Mr. McLane previously served as a managing director at Russell Reynolds Associates.
