RSA Makes New Appointments Across Europe
October 9, 2014 – RSA, a global life sciences executive search and interim management specialist, has added to its expertise in Europe with the additions of Stefanie Blasi, Mateja Forstnaric, and Dr. Nicholas Draeger. Ms. Blasi will join RSA as an associate consultant where she will work with RSA interim divisions in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. She previously worked at Hays, where she was manager of candidate relations life sciences contracting. Ms. Forstnaric comes to the firm as director for Central Europe. She brings over 20 years of executive search and consulting experience and will be responsible for the Austrian and CEE market for RSA. Ms. Forstnaric previously worked at a variety of consulting firms, including Odgers Berndtson and Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a partner. Dr. Draeger has been named a senior consultant in Switzerland. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare including working for big pharma, biotech and medical devices firms in research, business development and fund management capacities. He previously worked with Roche and Recordati, before heading the biotech sales-side research group at the French finance group Credit Agricole Indosuez Cheuvreux. “We have, for this year, over-achieved budget, and are proving profitable. That's why we have the power to invest in new hires, and that's why we're also looking for more people in addition to those we have already recruited,” said Kristian Juergensen, head of DACH and managing director, RSA Germany. “We recognize that companies want to work more with specialists, not with generalists. They are impressed by a niche player like RSA, which is family owned, and which approaches the market as a team player.”
