Robert Half Posts Three Percent Revenue Gain

July 23, 2010 – Robert Half International Inc./(NYSE:RHI) has posted second quarter 2010 revenues of $769.1 million, a three percent increase from revenues of $749.9 million in the second quarter of 2009. During the second quarter ended June 30, net income was 11.7 million, or eight cents per share, compared with $4.8 million, or three cents per share, in the 2009 second quarter. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters, on average, anticipated profit of seven cents per share on revenue of $758.9 million. “We were pleased to see year-over-year and sequential revenue growth during the quarter,” said Harold M. Messmer Jr., chairman and CEO. “Our OfficeTeam and Robert Half Technology staffing divisions performed particularly well, as did our permanent-placement operations. Second quarter revenues for our Robert Half Finance & Accounting permanent placement division were up 29 percent from one year ago and up 15 percent sequentially.”
