Ms. Mason has extensive experience leading finance organizations across complex global businesses. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations scale, strengthen financial performance, improve operational discipline and support transformational growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Mason brings a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor and leadership that is instrumental as Biomerics continues to expand their capabilities, global footprint and market leadership.
Most recently, Ms. Mason held a series of senior finance leadership roles with Paragon Medical, including division VP and business unit controller for the orthopedic business, division VP of finance, VP of operations finance, and corporate controller. Earlier in her career, Ms. Mason was vice president and corporate controller and director of operational and financial analysis at CTB, Inc. She also spent several years with Zimmer Biomet and its predecessor organizations, Biomet and Zimmer, advancing through a variety of finance leadership positions, including associate director of finance, finance director, finance manager, associate director of corporate accounting, manager of corporate reporting, and senior accountant. Ms. Mason began her career as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young.
As CFO, Ms. Mason will provide executive leadership for Biomerics’ global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, tax, audit, banking, and capital strategy. She will partner closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen financial capabilities, support disciplined execution and help position the company for continued long-term growth.
