October 2, 2009 – Seattle-headquartered Recruiting.com has introduced new software designed to serve as a complete solution for recruiters to find candidates for hiring companies. Prospect Relationship Management (PRM) is the core of Recruiting.com's system. The technology combines a search engine to find prospects from internal and external sources with tools to organize and bank prospects. “The recruiting industry is changing.
