Wolfgang Kick

Wolfgang is based in Munich and, as Managing Director of our DACH business, driving the expansion in Continental Europe.

His professional experience spans almost two decades across management consulting (with PwC) as well as external executive search and an internal talent acquisition role with the digital transformation consultancy Publicis.Sapient.

Drawing upon a track record in executive search that spans three continents (Europe, Asia and Australia) he has successfully delivered senior assignments for both large, international clients as well as fast growing start-ups and highly specialised boutique firms. In 2018 Wolfgang joined Hyperion as Managing Director DACH. Building upon his deep expertise in recruiting high calibre candidates for top tier strategy consulting firms, he now advises clients on recruiting the best talent to build successful businesses in the renewable energy era.

Wolfgang is passionate about providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates. His strategic approach to executive search is based on a set of strong values which enable him to exceed our clients` expectations time and again.

In his spare time he can be found either on a road bike, a golf course or reading a book. Alternatively you might try a pub that allows him to follow the Wallabies (as he is a German and Australian citizen).
