Ross Hoare

Ross has over nine years’ experience in the renewable energy and cleantech sector. He has worked extensively in operations, project management and delivery, procurement, system design and resource planning. Ross has managed the installation of over 7MW of solar PV at both residential and commercial scale, prior to joining Hyperion in 2015.

Ross has managed award-winning multi-technology projects, from the initial design stage right up to completion. He has a thorough understanding of the technologies, processes and skills required to deliver complex renewable energy projects.

As Director of Operations and Delivery at Hyperion Executive Search, Ross draws upon this wealth of experience and insight, to manage our project delivery processes, customer satisfaction and to ensure every project is delivered on time, with the most efficient and effective processes. He also directly helps recruit the very best technical talent available in the sector. Ross uses his experience to create great affinity with candidates and clients in the project and technical sphere which is invaluable in both attracting and interviewing potential candidates. His specialist areas are in all aspects of solar PV and clean energy. Ross also manages our internal resources, finances and operations, and is a member of the board.
