Travis DeMar

Travis DeMar, a Senior Associate with WinterWyman Executive Search, specializes in researching market trends and identifying top leadership talent for the practice. Operationally focused by nature, Travis thrives off making connections and is energized by finding the perfect match between a client’s executive hiring needs and a leader ready to take on a new opportunity. Prior to joining the practice, Travis spent close to ten years in collegiate athletics, most recently in a Major Giving role at Boston College. He graduated from The University of Iowa with a degree in political science and completed his MBA at Boston College. When he isn’t working, Travis enjoys traveling, cooking, eating, any form of (friendly) competition and quoting movies. In addition to his work at WinterWyman Executive Search, Travis serves on the board of Rebuilding Together Boston, a non-profit dedicated to providing safe and healthy housing to underserved homeowners.
