Terri LeComte

As an Associate with WinterWyman Executive Search, Terri LeComte specializes in researching senior executives across a broad array of industries to identify top leadership talent. Motivated by people, their career paths and what drives them to make a change in their professional lives, Terri is passionate about guiding executives toward happier, more successful and rewarding futures. Her honesty and consistent, detailed approach is apparent in her research, project management, sourcing and candidate development. Terri has over five years of recruiting experience and most recently worked in WinterWyman Search’s Software Technology practice where she supported searches for Heads of Engineering, Software Managers and FullStack, iOS, Android and JavaScript Engineers. A published author, former lead wedding band singer and mother of four (including triplets!), Terri holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Rutgers College.
