Liza Scholle

Liza Scholle, a Research Associate with WinterWyman Executive Search, works alongside our team of researchers and consultants, strategizing and sourcing quality candidates for retained executive searches. Known for her fresh perspective, Liza has great interest in learning about her candidates’ career goals, past experiences and how she can help prepare them for the next steps in their searches. Prior to joining the firm, Liza was with Stanton Chase identifying candidates for senior search mandates in the investment management industry. She also interned with the New England Aquarium, assisting in a variety of projects from interviewing candidates to organizing events. Liza has her Bachelor’s degree in Politics from Bates college where she rowed for the Women’s rowing team – a sport she describes as “tough but rewarding.” When Liza isn’t in the office you can find her in or on the water, sailing or swimming! When she’s on land you can catch her on the ski slopes or tennis court.
